Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years in major gift/campaign fundraising, foundation focus preferred.
• Strong written, copy-editing, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop Letters of Inquiry and proposals; manage grant processes from pre-proposal to post-award deliverables.
• Identify and strategize high-value foundation funding opportunities.
• Oversee grant pipeline, calendars, tracking, and compliance documentation.
• Provide strategic guidance on program planning and funder alignment.
• Lead development of best-practice grant review processes and refined proposals.
