Job summary

You will partner with Relationship Coordinators and internal teams to align proposals with funder guidelines, research prospects, and manage deliverables and compliance on a national scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years in major gift/campaign fundraising, preferably with foundations.

Responsibilities

• Manages proposal development and submission for 40–50 grants annually.
• Identifies high-value foundation opportunities and coordinates due diligence.
• Oversees grant pipeline, calendars, and compliance with funder requirements.
• Advises internal partners on program priorities and alignment with funder guidelines.
• Develops best-practice grant review processes and manages proposal quality.
