Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; fundraising experience preferred.
• Two years of staff management and team leadership; three years fundraising preferred.
• Excellent communication, time management and computer skills.
• Strong moves management and donor cultivation experience.
• Ability to multi-task and build collegial relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-7 Leadership Annual Giving Managers and steward a $9M portfolio.
• Manage a personal caseload of 150-200 donors to upgrade mid-level donors.
• Identify prospects and move qualified donors into major gift portfolios.
• Develop and implement donor cultivation and solicitation strategies with leadership.
• Track donor activity in CRM and maintain accurate records.
