Job summary

Reach Out and Read Northwest is seeking a fundraising professional to advance grant writing and donor stewardship from a fully remote position based in Washington state. You will draft proposals and reports, manage the grants calendar, and coordinate data across Salesforce, Asana, and donor materials.

Qualifications

• Approximately two to three years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, or a related writing-heavy role.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to synthesize information into compelling narratives.
• Comfort with data and donor databases; Salesforce experience is preferred, as is familiarity with Asana and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Grant Writing and Reporting (50%): Draft and edit proposals and reports, maintain proposal templates, and support prospect research.
• Grant Project Management (30%): Manage the grants calendar, track deliverables in Asana, and maintain grant data in Salesforce.
• Donor Stewardship (20%): Facilitate acknowledgments, prepare materials for meetings, and support development projects.
