Job summary

The Grant Project Manager at Regis University oversees the federally funded TPSID grant, ensuring compliance, reporting, and collaboration to promote inclusive higher education and transition-to-employment outcomes for students with intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities include managing all grant administrative and financial aspects, preparing annual reports, monitoring expenditures, and coordinating with evaluators and partner departments for program success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Special Education, Higher Education Administration, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• At least five years of grant management or program leadership experience.
• Knowledge of inclusive higher education practices and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all administrative and financial aspects of the TPSID grant with compliance to regulations and sponsor requirements.
• Prepare and submit annual performance reports, continuation applications, and financial statements.
• Monitor grant expenditures and coordinate with Financial Affairs for fiscal accountability.
• Lead documentation and evaluation with external evaluators and disseminate results.
