Job summary

MPHI is hiring a Grant and Project Coordinator for MiCORE in Lansing. This hybrid role supports CDC deliverables, work plans, reporting, and milestones, coordinating across internal and external teams.

The position requires 3–5 years of program support and project coordination, with a high school diploma at minimum and a bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and administrative support for the MiCORE deliverables.
• Manage timelines for presentations, reports, and required documents.
• Maintain proactive communication with staff and provide status updates.
• Plan and coordinate the MiCORE Annual Summit and leadership meetings.
• Collaborate with HIV prevention units and partners to align agendas.
