Job summary

World Vision USA is seeking a Domestic HEA Grant Program Manager to build disaster response readiness across a national church-partner network. The role focuses on grant compliance, monitoring, reporting, and capacity building to ensure hubs operate as disaster response centers when emergencies occur.

The role reports to the Domestic Ministries Program Director and supports partner networks with training, tools, and ongoing engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field; 3–5 years in program/project management, grant management or compliance, monitoring and reporting.
• Experience with faith-based, nonprofit, community, or relief and development partners preferred; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build disaster response readiness across a national network of church partners; ensure training, systems and capacity support.
• Oversee grant-funded initiative with accountability for compliance, monitoring, reporting and outcomes tracking.
• Develop tools/systems to meet donor standards; onboard new hub workers; provide capacity building.
• Manage project start-up, timelines, budgets, documentation, staffing and activities within grant scope.
• Maintain ongoing communication with church hubs, internal teams, and donor representatives; document practices and lessons learned.
• Lead close-out activities including final reports, evaluations and dissemination of lessons learned.
