Job summary

World Vision is seeking a Project Manager in the Humanitarian and Emergency Affairs Division to lead projects from planning through implementation, coordinating donor reporting and data management.

Responsibilities include overseeing teams, managing budgets, dashboards, and stakeholder communication; remote within the U.S. options exist, with hybrid potential in Federal Way, WA or Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; eight years total preferred.
• 3–5 years of project management experience with at least one year in leadership.
• PM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project life cycle from planning to implementation.
• Coordinate donor reporting and data management across teams.
• Manage project budgets and track progress against milestones.
• Provide regular progress reporting to senior management and clients.
