Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, wildlife/biology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience evaluated on a year-for-year basis).
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a comparable position.
• Proven understanding of grant and financial administration principles.
• Demonstrated background in designing and implementing instructional content.
• Foundational familiarity with wildlife biology or wildlife management concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and preparation of complete federal grant and award application packages, ensuring accuracy and compliance in systems like TRACS and Grant Solutions.
• Monitor grant performance, track expenditures, and drive comprehensive financial reporting across diverse grant programs.
• Coordinate complex grant equipment requests, manage reimbursements, monitor grant match strategy, and ensure seamless compliance across all active awards.
• Develop guidance materials and mentor agency personnel on federal regulations, on-line systems, and best practices in grant administration.
