Job summary

The Grant Coordinator within the Director's Office Compliance and Strategies Branch supports the Arizona Game and Fish Department's federal funding operations. This role manages the full lifecycle of federal grant applications and awards, including preparation of grant packages, monitoring performance and expenditures, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, wildlife/biology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in grant or financial administration.
• Knowledge of federal grant administration principles and financial management practices.
• Proficiency with TRACS, eCivis, Grant Solutions, and AFIS.
• Ability to analyze complex policies and provide clear guidance to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated instructional design and training delivery skills.
