Communities Unlimited, Inc. is seeking a Director of Grant Administration Services to lead the financial and compliance oversight of a grants portfolio around $50 million. You will ensure awards are audit-ready and compliant with federal rules, working with funders, sub-recipients, and clients.

The role supports growth of fee-based grant administration services and requires strong leadership, budgeting, and reporting skills. Remote work is possible with travel ~40% and relocation not required.

Competenze

• Masters degree with preference for public administration, accounting, or finance.
• Bachelor's degree with preference for public administration, accounting, and finance.
• High school degree with 11 years relevant experience, including 7 years with Davis-Bacon/BABA.

Mansioni

• Direct grant administration for subrecipients and contracts from proposal to closeout.
• Verify Davis-Bacon and Build America, Buy America compliance on projects.
• Oversee budgets, expenditures, and financial risk in partnership with finance.
• Serve as main contact for grant administration clients and engagements.
• Develop proposals and manage fee-based services to meet revenue goals.
