Communities Unlimited, Inc. is seeking a Director of Grant Administration Services to lead the financial and compliance aspects of a grants portfolio around $50 million.

This role ensures awards stay compliant, audit-ready, and well-documented from start to finish, reporting to the CFO and collaborating with funders, clients, and sub-recipients. The ideal candidate will work remotely from one of Communities Unlimited Operates in and possesses deep knowledge of 2 CFR Part 200, Davis-Bacon, and

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of 2 CFR Part 200 (Uniform Guidance) and cost principles.
• Experience with Davis-Bacon and Build America, Buy America (BABA) compliance.
• Strong budgeting, reimbursements, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Proven leadership and ability to scale grant processes.
• Effective writing and client-facing communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Grant Administration: manage awards to subrecipients and contractors from contract to closeout.
• BABA and Davis-Bacon Compliance: verify wage compliance and oversee payroll records.
• Financial Oversight: monitor budgets, reconciliations, and audits with CFO oversight.
• Client Contract Management: lead fee-based engagements and provide strategic guidance.
• Business Development: grow fee-based services with local governments and nonprofits.
