DickersonBakker is seeking a Director of Grant Administration Services to lead the financial and compliance side of a grant portfolio around $50 million. You will work from home but reside in one of the seven states where Communities Unlimited operates, and coordinate with funders, sub-recipients, and clients.

You will guide compliance to Davis-Bacon and Build America, Buy America requirements, manage contracts, and develop fee-based grant administration services in a client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience administering, monitoring, or managing Davis-Bacon and/or BABA for federal or state grant programs.
• Strong knowledge of 2 CFR Part 200 (Uniform Guidance) and audit requirements.
• Ability to manage a grant/contract portfolio and supervise teams or consultants.
• Excellent writing and client-facing communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Grant Administration: manage subrecipient grants and guide through requirements and closeouts.
• BABA and Davis-Bacon Compliance: verify domestic content and prevailing wage compliance; coordinate corrective actions.
• Financial Oversight: monitor budgets, expenditures, reconciliations, and audits with CFO sign-off.
• Client Contract Management: lead fee-for-service engagements from contract to closeout.
• Business Development: grow fee-based services and build relationships with local governments and nonprofits.
