You will ensure compliance, audit readiness, and proper management from inception to closeout, including Davis-Bacon and Build America Buy America requirements. The role blends compliance leadership with client relationship growth, and you will help expand fee-based grant administration services while collaborating with funders, clients, and

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of 2 CFR Part 200 including cost principles, procurement, and audits.
• Experience with Davis-Bacon and Build America Buy America compliance on federally funded projects.
• Strong leadership and ability to scale processes with teams or consultants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grants awarded to subrecipients, guiding budgets, reimbursements, and closeouts.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness across a $50M+ portfolio.
• Lead client engagements from contract to closeout and drive fee-based services.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and financial risk with CFO-approved actions.
• Build relationships with local governments and nonprofits to grow revenue.
