Job summary

Communities Unlimited, Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking a Director of Grant Administration Services to lead the financial and compliance side of a multi-million dollar grant portfolio.

The role reports to the CFO and focuses on ensuring awards are compliant and audit-ready from start to finish. The position requires remote work from any allowed state with travel ~40% and a strong background in Davis‑Bacon and BABA, 2 CFR Part 200, budgeting, and client-facing grant administration.

Qualifications

• Masters preferred with focus on public administration, accounting or finance.
• Five or more years managing Davis-Bacon/BABA for federal/state grants.
• Seven+ years if only a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with closeout, reimbursements, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage grants to subrecipients, guiding requirements and budgets.
• Verify Davis-Bacon and Build America, Buy America compliance.
• Oversee budgets, expenditures, reconciliations and audits with CFO oversight.
• Lead fee-for-service grant administration engagements from contract to closeout.
• Grow fee-based services by building relationships and proposals.
