Job summary

StreetWise Partners is seeking a Grant Manager (Independent Contractor) to build the acquisition engine for foundation, corporate, and government funding streams. You’ll own prospect intelligence, cultivation cadence, and the proposal infrastructure, reporting to the Chief Development Officer and CEO.

The role is remote (U.S.) with NYC or D.C. Metro preferred. It is an hourly independent contractor position at approximately 40 hours per month, with no benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of institutional fundraising experience, with grant writing and prospect research as core disciplines.

Responsibilities

• 40%: Prospect Development & Portfolio Management - Build an active portfolio and manage dossiers for foundation, corporate, and government prospects.
