Job summary

PwC is seeking a fresh graduate to join our German PPM team in a Graduate Program. You will participate in consulting projects, supporting digitalization and transformation using agile and traditional PM methods, while gaining hands-on experience in PMO activities.

You will work in an international environment, receive targeted trainings and certifications, and grow professionally from day one, with flexible remote work options and mentoring from senior colleagues.

Qualifications

• You have completed studies in Business Administration/Economics, IT, or Industrial Engineering.
• Internship or working student experience in project management, PMO, or consulting is a plus.
• Interest in project management methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA) with initial certifications encouraged, training provided.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking, structured work style, team collaboration.
• Strong communication and confidence to engage with colleagues and clients in English and German (German at least C1).

Responsibilities

• Support digitalization and transformation projects using agile and traditional PM approaches.
• Contribute to the PMO and help ensure transparency on progress, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
• Apply methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, PRINCE2, or classic process models with the team.
• Gain exposure to large-scale projects and pursue targeted trainings and certifications.
• Join an international team and help grow PwC's PPM services.
