PwC is seeking a fresh graduate to join our German PPM team in a Graduate Program. You will participate in consulting projects, supporting digitalization and transformation using agile and traditional PM methods, while gaining hands-on experience in PMO activities.

You will work in an international environment, receive targeted trainings and certifications, and grow professionally from day one, with flexible remote work options and mentoring from senior colleagues.

Qualifications

• You have completed studies in Business Administration/Economics, IT, or Industrial Engineering.
• Internship or working student experience in project management, PMO, or consulting is a plus.
• Interest in project management methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA) with initial certifications encouraged, training provided.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking, structured work style, team collaboration.
• Strong communication and confidence to engage with colleagues and clients in English and German (German at least C1).

For our Consulting business unit, we are looking for fresh graduates and candidates who are passionate about Portfolio, Program and Project Management (PPM) to join our German team on exciting consulting projects. Your Responsibilities – What to Expect

• Consulting projects: You support digitalization and transformation projects for clients across industries such as Commercial, Financial Services, and the Public Sector – applying both agile and traditional project management approaches as well as modern digital PPM tools.
• Project management: You contribute to the Project Management Office (PMO) and help ensure transparency on progress, risks, dependencies, and budgets across projects, programs, and portfolios.
• Methods & frameworks: You work with established methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, PRINCE2, or classic process models, and apply them together with the team.
• Personal development: You gain exposure to complex, large-scale projects across a variety of industries and grow professionally through targeted trainings and internationally recognized certifications.
• Team & business development: You become part of an international team, actively contributing to the growth of our PPM services and expanding your professional network within PwC.

Your Profile – What You Bring

• You have successfully completed (or is about to complete) your studies in Business Administration/Economics, (Business) Information Technology, (Industrial) Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
• Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience through internships, working student positions, or thesis work in the areas of project management, PMO, or consulting.
• You have an interest in project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA) as well as digital PPM tools. Initial certifications are a plus, but not a requirement – we will support you with relevant training as part of our Graduate Program.
• You are analytically and conceptually strong, work in a structured manner, and enjoy collaborating within a team.
• Your strong communication skills and confident demeanor help you engage with colleagues and clients on equal footing.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile. (German at least C1 – this is a mandatory requirement for this role.)
