Qualifications

• Active Workday Talent and Performance certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client through the full lifecycle of a Workday implementation from design through delivery.
• Serve as a client-facing consultant, including on-camera participation and direct engagement with client counterparts.
• Facilitate and lead design sessions, workshops, and meetings to align requirements and solution decisions.
• Apply Workday Talent and Performance expertise to support configuration, process design, and implementation readiness.
• Bring government project experience to ensure delivery expectations and stakeholder needs are met.
