Conserv Solutions is seeking a Government Sales & Contracts Specialist in the United States. You will lead the company’s sales efforts into federal, state, and local government agencies, including museums and archives, primarily within the US with occasional travel.

You will own the RFP/RFI processes, negotiate terms with government counsel, and manage relationships across multiple stakeholders in complex organizations.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience selling into government with RFP ownership.
• Fluency in government procurement terms and processes.
• Experience negotiating contracts with government counsel.
• Strong relationship-building across multiple stakeholders in complex organizations.
• Self-motivated and proactive in a fully remote environment.

Aufgaben

• Build government sales pipeline across federal, state, and local prospects and pursue opportunities.
• Own end-to-end RFP/RFI response process including pricing and technical volumes.
• Negotiate terms and guide deals through government procurement requirements.
• Co-Account management with collections-specialist Account Managers on shared government accounts.
• Stay current on procurement trends, contract vehicles (e.g., GSA Schedules), and competitor positioning.
