Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years professional work experience in government relations or related field.
• 3+ years navigating state/federal legislative, regulatory, and executive processes.
• 3+ years managing cross-functional projects or teams for large organizations.
• 3+ years engagement with external affairs/public policy/sales/investor relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal government relations programs with project management support and internal controls.
• Monitor and analyze federal, state, and local regulations and track advocacy outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content for policies, planning, and external messaging.
• Develop analyses, talking points, advocacy materials, and manage contributors to ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with and manage relationships with government officials, policymakers, trade associations, customers, and consultants.
