Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of managed care experience presenting clinical issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide care coordination to members via telephonic and/or field-based management.
• Complete member health screenings and comprehensive health assessments.
• Support clinical operations with provider and member activities.
