Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with 10+ years leadership in government services contracts.
• 7+ years in consulting, project management, or a technical discipline (10 years without a degree).
• Project management experience.
• Financial management/budgeting experience.
• Experience planning, organizing, directing, and controlling a program.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical (financial and business) skills.
• MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all projects and client engagements to achieve objectives.
• Coordinate with the client to ensure resources align with goals and milestones.
• Manage subordinate teams to achieve client milestones.
• Track portfolio costs and report variances monthly.
• Develop and implement revenue and cost management plans.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction benchmarks.
• Communicate program performance to leadership and stakeholders.
• Distribute, collect, and review timecards and monthly reports.
