Job summary

Aalis Management Consulting seeks an experienced Program Manager to provide contract management, program oversight, and strategic leadership in support of a federal agency. The PM will be the primary point of contact for government stakeholders and will ensure successful execution of contract requirements, staffing, schedules, deliverables, quality, and performance.

Qualifications

8+ years in program or project management.
Experience leading federal government programs.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams on analytical, technical, intelligence, or mission-support programs.
Experience coordinating with government stakeholders (CORs, program managers, leadership).
Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Provide contract management and strategic oversight for the task order.
Interface with COR, PO, and government stakeholders.
Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of all contract tasks.
Manage program schedules, milestones, risks, issues, communications, and deliverables.
Coordinate priorities, reporting requirements, and program objectives with government partners.
Oversee staffing, team performance, and resource allocation.
Develop program status reports, briefings, and performance metrics.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for cost, schedule, staffing, or performance.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and federal regulations.
