Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program or project management.
• Experience leading federal government programs.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams on analytical, technical, intelligence, or mission-support programs.
• Experience coordinating with government stakeholders (CORs, program managers, leadership).
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract management and strategic oversight for the task order.
• Interface with COR, PO, and government stakeholders.
• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of all contract tasks.
• Manage program schedules, milestones, risks, issues, communications, and deliverables.
• Coordinate priorities, reporting requirements, and program objectives with government partners.
• Oversee staffing, team performance, and resource allocation.
• Develop program status reports, briefings, and performance metrics.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for cost, schedule, staffing, or performance.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and federal regulations.
