Job summary

Nooks is a pioneering CIaaS provider based in the United States. The Government Delivery team seeks a contracts professional to administer government agreements, ensure compliance, and support pre-award and invoicing processes.

You will liaise with program managers and leadership to manage risk and drive the contracting lifecycle. This role emphasizes independent work, strong communication, and adherence to FAR/DFARS rules while supporting IDIQ, GSA schedules, and NDA/teaming activities.

Qualifications

Four or more years of government contracts administration experience.
Strong working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS.
Experience supporting IDIQ and GSA Schedule contracts.
Experience drafting and negotiating NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts.
Active Secret clearance preferred; Top Secret a plus.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer assigned contracts from award setup through modifications and closeout, keeping files audit-ready.
Coordinate between program teams and Finance on invoicing to match contract terms, funding, and delivered work.
Monitor contract performance against delivery schedules, pricing, and terms; identify needed modifications.
Flow down FAR/DFARS clauses, manage NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts.
Support solicitation reviews, compliance assessments, and teaming coordination.
Draft solicitation questions and responses for leadership review.
Assist with pre-award activities and proposal contract documentation.
