Job summary

ActioNet is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator for a fully remote, long-term role supporting the government contracting lifecycle. The position emphasizes cross-time-zone collaboration, with primary West Coast hours and occasional coverage for Hawaii and APAC teams.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years of federal contracting experience, familiarity with CPFF/FFP/T&M contracts, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of contracts experience in government contracting.
• Experience with federal government contracts and multiple contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M).
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and contract flow-downs across programs.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate NDAs and teaming agreements with primes and subs.
• Analyze solicitations and develop proposals, terms, and conditions.
• Advise executives on proposal risks and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with service organization teams for mission delivery support.
• Negotiate government and prime contracts and subcontracts.
• Support due diligence, JV activities, and ad-hoc projects.
• Mentor delivery teams on contracting processes and trends.
• Participate in training and industry meetings to stay current on regulations.
• Lead contractual sections of proposals and assist in teaming discussions.
• Support contracts across time zones with emphasis on West Coast hours.
