Job summary

ActioNet, Inc. seeks an experienced Contracts Administrator for a fully remote role supporting government contracting programs across multiple time zones, with a focus on West Coast hours.

You will manage the acquisition lifecycle from capture and teaming through proposal, award, administration and closeout. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in federal contracting, knowledge of FAR/DFARS, experience with Deltek Costpoint, and strong corporate communication skills to advise executives and program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of government contracting experience.
• Experience with federal contracts and various contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M).
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government requirements.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate nondisclosure and teaming agreements with primes and subs.
• Analyze solicitations and provide proposal support, including assumptions and terms.
• Advise executives on contractual risks and obligations.
• Work with service organization teams to support mission delivery.
• Negotiate contracts with government and prime contractors.
• Support due diligence and joint venture activities.
• Mentor delivery teams on acquisition processes and contracting trends.
• Participate in training and industry meetings to stay updated on regulations.
• Lead contractual sections of proposals and engagement in teaming discussions.
• Support across time zones, focusing on West Coast schedules.
