Ladders seeks a Contracts Manager to lead complex proposals and contracts within the Aerospace & Defense sector, operating in a highly regulated government contracting environment. The role ensures contractual compliance, supports negotiations, and helps execute agreements aligned with procurement requirements.

Remote work is available for US-based candidates; visa sponsorship is not provided. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and serving as a trusted contracts

Qualifications

• University degree with 8 years of experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in government contracting, specifically FAR 12 and FAR 15 regulations.
• Experience with contract formation, including NDAs, MOUs, and MOAs.
• Experience conducting proposal compliance reviews and contract negotiations.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage complex proposals and contracts
• Ensure compliance with government contracting regulations
• Review contractual documents for adherence to procurement guidelines
• Advise on contractual requirements and represent the contracts organization
• Collaborate with teams to support negotiations and execute agreements
• Prepare reports for internal and external communication
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings to align on contractual obligations
