Job summary

CAC I International Inc. is seeking a Contracts Manager to support its Technology Programs and multiple leased-lines of business. The role involves leading contract negotiations, risk assessments, and governance across pre-award through sustainment phases.

The position offers flexibility with office and remote work, with in-person attendance as needed. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years negotiating US Government agreements, a strong FAR/DFARS background, and active security clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience reviewing and negotiating US Government agreements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) and agency supplements.
• Adept at contract analysis.
• Ability to frame, draft, and negotiate agreements.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide contractual expertise and leadership to multiple program teams, primarily in the context of federal procurement regulation.
• Build and maintain relationships with the Government Contracting Officer or Prime Contractor.
• Negotiate price, terms, and conditions with clients.
• Negotiate contractual agreements, including contract, bailment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, associate contractor agreements, and teaming agreements.
• Monitor performance on a portfolio of contracts and participate in change management.
• Participate in development and review of proposals, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements and corporate policy.
• Establish relationships with Program Managers and internal stakeholders in pricing, procurement, and government compliance.
• Review opportunities for risks and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Route organizational conflict of interest screenings and establish mitigation plans.
• Participate in client meetings and reviews.
• Work independently on larger, moderately complex projects including proposals and contract risk reviews.
• Apply business acumen and Government acquisition knowledge to develop opportunity shaping and negotiation strategies.
• Advise management of contractual rights, obligations, and risks.
• Support and lead negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with CACI contracts policies and US Government laws.
• Influence stakeholders with facts, policies, and best practices.
• Demonstrate ability to find equitable solutions to complex problems.
