Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review contract documentation and billing requirements for accuracy and compliance.
• Validate project setup activities to support accurate invoicing.
• Prepare, analyze, and submit customer invoices for various contract types.
• Interpret contract terms and funding documentation to support billing activities.
• Maintain project billing records and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with Program Teams to resolve billing issues and ensure timely processing.
• Perform payment reconciliations and support GSA billing activities.
• Provide billing guidance and customer service to internal teams.
• Assist with department training and process improvements.
• Support ad hoc projects as needed.
