Job summary

GovCIO is looking for an Accounting Associate II to process and reconcile subcontractor labor transactions and support contract and labor accounting operations. This position will be fully remote within the United States.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience, is proficient with Deltek Costpoint and Excel, and can work independently in a government contracting environment while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience or commensurate experience.
• Demonstrated experience using Deltek Costpoint in a government contracting environment.
• Knowledge of subcontractor management, vendor and employee setup, and timekeeping processes.
• Experience with labor reporting, voucher processing, and audit considerations.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile subcontractor labor transactions and support contract and labor accounting operations.
• Coordinate administrative, financial, and project tasks while maintaining accurate records.
• Monitor task status, assist with onboarding, staffing, invoicing, and labor tracking, and ensure policy compliance.
