Job summary

GovCIO is hiring an Accounting Associate II to process and reconcile subcontractor labor transactions and support contract and labor accounting operations. This role is fully remote within the United States.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint and Microsoft Excel is required, with experience in government contracting preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint and government contracting environments preferred.
• Knowledge of subcontractor management, labor tracking, timekeeping, and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile subcontractor labor transactions and support labor accounting operations.
• Maintain records, track deliverables, and prepare reports to ensure compliance with internal policies and customer requirements.
• Support onboarding, staffing activities, and coordination with internal stakeholders and subcontractors to resolve issues.
