Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an Accounting Associate II to process and reconcile subcontractor labor transactions and support contract and labor accounting operations. This fully remote role within the United States requires strong attention to detail and proficiency with Deltek Costpoint and Excel.

The candidate will coordinate daily program tasks, maintain accurate records, track deliverables, and ensure compliance with internal policies and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Deltek Costpoint and labor reporting.
• Knowledge of subcontractor/vendor setup and timekeeping processes.
• Experience in a government contracting environment and understanding of contract structures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admin, financial, and project tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
• Review and process documentation; support onboarding and staffing activities.
• Assist invoicing, labor tracking, and maintain databases/spreadsheets.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and subcontractors to resolve issues.
