Job summary

European Payments Initiative (EPI) is seeking a governance professional to support Board, Committee and shareholder activities. You will coordinate processes, prepare materials, and help ensure confidentiality and efficiency across the governance function.

Join a remote-first, multinational team building a pan-European payment system. You will manage records, AGM/EGM logistics, and contribute to capital and governance projects while coordinating with senior leaders across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in governance, secretariat, PMO or legal operations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Fluent in English; other European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key coordinator for Board, Committees and shareholders.
• Lead preparation and management of board packs, reports and follow-ups.
• Organize Board, Committee, AGM/EGM meetings and related logistics.
• Maintain governance records, action logs and calendars.
• Support shareholder relations and director onboarding.
• Contribute to governance projects including capital increases.
