Job summary

Cardano Foundation is seeking a governance coordination professional to advance DRep engagement and community governance. You will lead outreach, coordinate with DReps, SPOs, and the Constitutional Committee, and help shape CIP/CPS submissions and governance positions.

This role requires autonomy in a fully remote, international team with regular travel for summits and events. You should have 3–6 years in governance coordination or related roles within blockchain or open-source organizations,

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in governance coordination, community management, programme management, or stakeholder relations in blockchain/open-source contexts.
• Fluent written and spoken English with ability to communicate complex governance topics clearly.
• Proven ability to launch, manage, and sustain high-engagement initiatives (newsletters, community calls, working groups).
• Strong tracking system for commitments across multiple stakeholders; autonomous, remote work experience.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (roughly 4–6 international trips per year).

Responsibilities

• Community outreach and DRep engagement: manage communications, grow presence on X, Discord, and Cardano forum.
• Stakeholder relationships and coalitions: build relationships with DReps, SPOs, Constitutional Committee, ada holders.
• Governance strategy support: contribute to CIP/CPS submissions and governance positions.
• Operational backbone: own meeting notes, action tracking, and decision logs; support Governance Advisory Team.
