Job summary

TJFACT is actively seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at the Atlanta, GA headquarters. You will drive full-cycle recruitment across corporate operations and federal government contracts, partnering with hiring managers to design effective sourcing strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have government contracting recruiting background, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Communications, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 3+ years in GovCon recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for corporate and federal contract roles.
• Experience with cleared and uncleared roles across various labor categories.
• Experience with proposal recruiting and contingent hiring.
• Knowledge of federal security clearance processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and networks.
• Develop pipelines for current openings and future initiatives.
• Conduct recruiter screens and present qualified candidates to managers.
• Coordinate interviews and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare and extend offers with compensation and onboarding expectations.
• Recruit for corporate and federal government contracts, including proposals.
