Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking an Advisory Manager to join the Unanet ERP Implementation team within our GovCon Advisory practice. This remote role supports a Government Contracting focus, guiding clients through discovery, configuration, testing, and end-user training.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years with Unanet ERP, strong communication, and a track record in advisory and tax services. Virginia salary range is disclosed, with a comprehensive Total Rewards package and flexible work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• Extensive implementation and/or product experience with Unanet ERP in a consulting role.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Unanet ERP; experience with QuickBooks, GCS Premier or Costpoint is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with consultants and clients.
• Team-oriented, self-starter, resourceful and focused on client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Implement Unanet ERP solutions for Government Contracting clients.
• Lead discovery meetings, gather requirements, document business process flows and design.
• Configure system, test, and train end-users; provide ongoing support.
• Manage client expectations and project deadlines within time/budget constraints.
• Develop product knowledge and guide implementation teams; mentor junior members.
• Engage in business development activities and responses to proposals.
