Blacksmith Agency LLC is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Google Ads Specialist to own paid media for a B2B and growing-brand client roster. You’ll shape targeting, budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, own the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps, and drive growth with retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• A proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client, with narratives for client calls.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
