Owens & Minor seeks a General Manager for the Surgical Division to own divisional P&L, strategy, and portfolio leadership across global markets. You will drive top-line growth, pricing strategies, and commercial execution while coordinating with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance.

The role requires 15+ years in commercial healthcare, leadership in matrix organizations, and ability to travel up to 50% to meet strategic objectives across regions and channels.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 15+ years of commercial healthcare experience is expected.
• Proven success leading diversified commercial teams.
• Experience launching product categories in domestic and global markets.
• Understanding of QA/RA issues within healthcare.
• Market development experience in medical devices or healthcare products.
• Regional breadth with growth across multiple markets.
• Knowledge of markets beyond the home country.
• Strong sales and marketing capabilities to drive execution.
• Financial literacy including P&L, profitability analysis, and scenario planning.
• Senior leadership experience in a matrix organization.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the business to meet top-line objectives with P&L accountability for multiple lines of business.
• Design and execute commercial strategy, prioritize markets and services, and grow wallet share.
• Lead portfolio and lifecycle management, drive new product introductions, and optimize margins.
• Oversee market development, geographic expansion, and market investment decisions.
• Set direction for Sales, Product Management, Marketing Services, E‑Commerce, and Pricing & Contracting teams.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, Regulatory, and other teams to align operations and markets.
