Owens & Minor is seeking a General Manager for the Surgical Division to lead P&L and growth across surgical products including drapes, gowns, and kitting.

The role requires extensive commercial healthcare experience, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive strategic market expansion globally. Strong emphasis on portfolio lifecycle management and pricing strategy is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Sales & Marketing, Business, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare, or a related discipline preferred.
• Graduate degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• P&L and Growth Strategy: Manage the business to meet top-line objectives with P&L accountability for multiple lines of business.
• Portfolio, Pricing, and Market Development: Lead portfolio and lifecycle management, pricing strategies, and market development.
• Commercial and Customer Execution: Set direction for Sales, Product Management, Marketing Services, E-Commerce, and Pricing & Contracting across channels.
• Cross-Functional and External Leadership: Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, Regulatory, and other teams to align operations and markets.
