Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 10 years in marketing with a focus on web platforms.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Experience shaping an online content strategy focused on clarity and conversion.
• Demonstrated AI literacy and ability to guide content discovery and trust.

Responsibilities

• Develop best-in-class web platforms and user experiences for a global audience.
• Lead a team of web marketers, agencies and vendors for large-scale platform work.
• Architect a governance model for cohesive, integrated user experiences across sites.
• Oversee hiring, training and performance reviews for the web marketing team.
• Collaborate with leadership to set a multi-year global web strategy aligned with brand and mission.
• Oversee content governance, life cycle, tools, assets and budget for web properties.
• Monitor website effectiveness using conversion, usability and performance metrics.
• Ensure reporting supports fundraising, advocacy and mission consistency.
• Apply emerging technologies, including AI-driven discovery, to ensure accuracy and authority.
