Job summary

Humane World for Animals is seeking a Senior Managing Director, Global Performance Marketing and Media to lead the paid media program and growth strategy from the United States. You will oversee a multi‑channel mix, including search, social, DRTV and CTV, with a budget over $13 million and a goal of expanding donors, sustainers and revenue.

You will set a multi‑year vision, partner with Brand, Digital, Philanthropy, and Finance teams, and drive testing and optimization to maximize fundraising,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, design, journalism, English or related field; MBA preferred;
• Minimum of 10 years in digital marketing and media acquisition;
• Experience leading staff, strategy development, and budget accountability;
• Experience with TV, Radio, Streaming, Google Ads, Facebook BI, and Google Analytics desired;
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration across multi‑project initiatives;
• Familiarity with social media and paid advertising techniques;

Responsibilities

• Lead paid media programs across search, display, social, DRTV, CTV, podcasts and third‑party list buys.
• Manage budget exceeding $13M and drive donor acquisition and revenue.
• Develop long‑term planning strategies for multi‑year growth and retention.
