Job summary

Humane World for Animals, a global leader in animal advocacy and protection, seeks a Senior Managing Director, Global Performance Marketing and Media. You will lead the paid media team, directing performance channels to reach advocacy, branding, fundraising and list growth goals.

The role requires 10+ years in digital marketing, cross‑functional leadership, and experience with TV, streaming and online analytics. This is a full-time remote position based in the United States with ET hours.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, design, journalism, English, liberal arts, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of ten years of experience in digital marketing and media acquisition.
Experience leading staff, strategy, and budget accountability in related field, preferably animal welfare.
Strong analytical skills using data to identify and optimize opportunities.
Experience with TV, radio, streaming, Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, execution and analysis of paid media and performance marketing programs across multiple channels.
Direct planning, execution and reporting on paid advertising and third‑party acquisition partners.
Set strategic vision for multi‑year strategy to accelerate growth and retention.
Elevate global social media program across 100+ handles worldwide.
Lead tests and investments to identify new media opportunities and tech capabilities.
