You will partner with development, communications, brand, and country teams to drive fundraising, education, and advocacy globally while ensuring accurate, trusted mission-driven information in AI-mediated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing/Communications or related field.
• At least 10 years of marketing experience with a focus on web platforms.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop best-in-class web platforms and experiences for global audiences including localized needs.
• Lead a team of web marketers, agencies, and external resources for major platform updates.
• Architect a web content framework and governance model across websites.
• Oversee hiring, training, performance reviews and professional development of the web marketing team.
• Set multiyear global web strategy aligned with brand, mission, and impact.
• Evaluate and guide the website lifecycle from creation to sunsetting with budget guidance.
