Job summary

Humane World for Animals is seeking a Web Developer, eCRM to support Digital Marketing and other departments with front-end and global web development for fundraising and advocacy. The role emphasizes AI-assisted and agentic development while upholding strict quality, security, and accessibility standards.

You will collaborate across teams to implement donation forms, webpages, and email templates, while ensuring GDPR compliance and data privacy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent web development experience.
• Minimum four years of front-end development with custom websites.
• Experience with Engaging Networks or similar eCRM.
• Proficiency in HTML5, Sass, CSS, JS, PHP, MySQL, GitHub, Engaging Networks modules, Webpack, Node, npm, AWS, and Mailgun.
• Familiar with data privacy and GDPR compliance.
• Experience building accessible, mobile-first interfaces.
• Knowledge of AI coding assistants and agentic tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Brand, and IS to implement pages and donation forms.
• Write efficient front-end code with accessibility and speed optimizations.
• Incorporate AI-assisted tools while ensuring security and brand standards.
• Maintain forms, email templates, and related webpages in Engaging Networks.
• Ensure PCI compliance and data handling with Security team.
• Support testing with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Document development, support guides, and incident reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
