Job summary

This role guides enterprise-wide safety strategy, ensures regulatory compliance, develops KPI reporting, and partners with regional leaders to embed a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience leading safety teams in manufacturing environments.
• Experience implementing OSHA and global safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive safety culture across the organization.
• Design and implement enterprise-wide EH&S strategy and programs.
• Set objectives and KPIs; report progress monthly in business reviews.
• Ensure optimal EH&S organizational structure, tools, training and governance.
• Lead safety team through matrix leadership.
