Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Health & Safety Program Manager to drive EHS performance for a datacenter-focused region. You will design and manage safety programs tailored to client needs, own operational performance, and manage risk outcomes across multiple sites in the US.

The role requires proactive safety leadership, strong stakeholder relations, and the ability to use data to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• CSP/ASP/CHST or similar safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support EHS duties in the region aligned with client expectations and Securitas standards.
• Ensure OSHA and applicable regulations are followed.
• Coordinate with client and EHS team to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Lead incident management from intake to root cause analysis and actions.
• Develop and present safety performance reports to stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate EHS projects with leadership teams and datacenter operations.
