Exemplar Global is seeking a Site EHS Manager to lead the onsite execution, management, and auditing of the Safety Program at a data center facility. You will report to the Regional EHS Manager and ensure zero‑energy states and OSHA compliance across high‑risk operations such as fiber deployment and electrical turnups.

Responsibilities include enforcing LOTO, conducting monthly audits, leading RCA on incidents, delivering EHS training, and overseeing worker welfare and medical surveillance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or related field.
• Professional certification such as CSP or OSHA 30‑Hour (Construction or General Industry).
• 5+ years of EHS management experience in data center or heavy construction environments.

Responsabilidades

• Site-level program execution: manage risk assessments and CEHS plans; enforce LOTO protocols.
• Compliance and auditing: conduct monthly unannounced inspections and lead RCA for incidents.
• Specialized operations and welfare: oversee hazardous operations and medical surveillance for technicians.
• Training and mentorship: deliver EHS training and conduct toolbox talks.
