Job summary

Syneos Health in the United States is seeking a Global Trials Optimization Specialist / Project Manager I to support feasibility, recruitment planning, and in-life trial optimization across global studies. Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility, recruitment planning, enrollment strategy, or trial optimization.
• Strong ability to interpret data to support planning and decision-making.
• Experience coordinating timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional inputs.
• Ability to work with clinical trial teams, vendors, legal, analytics, and other partners.
• Strong written communication skills for clear reports and study-facing materials.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather data, benchmarks, and modeling inputs to support feasibility and trial optimization planning.
• Support program reviews, content reviews, and requirements escalation.
• Plan timelines for validation, deliverables, and country validation requests.
• Support validation and Clinical Trials Allocation Committee activities, including scenario planning, risk table inputs, validation review, modeling updates, and final allocation requests.
• Author the Global Trials Optimization Report and maintain updates throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Complete recruitment needs assessments and ensure trial-level GTO reports remain current and actionable.
