Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Trials Optimization Specialist / Project Manager I (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote - US only). You will support program feasibility, recruitment and retention planning, and in-life trial optimization across global studies, partnering with clinical trial teams, vendors, legal, analytics, and other stakeholders.

You will translate trial goals and enrollment insights into practical strategies, manage timelines, and prepare the Global Trials Optimization Report.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility, recruitment planning, enrollment strategy, or trial optimization.
• Ability to gather, interpret, and apply data for planning and decision-making.
• Experience coordinating timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional inputs.
• Strong written communication and detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather data, benchmarks, and modeling inputs for feasibility and optimization planning.
• Develop recruitment budgets and initial recruitment needs assessments.
• Support validation, study allocation, and country validation requests.
• Author the Global Trials Optimization Report and maintain updates throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Monitor enrollment performance and prepare standard reporting.
• Coordinate enrollment support materials and vendor activities.
